Good sevice, bad food

As if going to China wasn't difficult enough, eating at China Star restaurant could take the china out you. Beautiful restaurant but somber and lifeless atmosphere. The few chinese staff lively welcome you in 3 different languages ( English, Spanish and Chinese). Visit this place twice just in case Something was wrong with my taste and each experience was consistent with bad food. By bad food I mean overcooked, overheated, old tasting (not fresh is what it is) and excessive amounts of food portions as if was not enough the torture of seeing and trying to think what and how will I be able to engage my brain into accepting such experience as apetizing. Well to make the story short, even my 2 kids gave me the thumbs down. Intentions are good but quality is more important than quantity. But please do not get me wrong, chinese food is one of the wonders of this world, but certain restaurantiers forget that what attracts good business is presentation and taste, freshness and quality. We must then conclusively give this restaurant a one falling china star.
